  1. 2 cups precooked, chopped ham (or chicken, or beef, or any leftover meat!)

  2. 1 (8 ounce) package elbow macaroni

  3. 2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese

  4. 1 cup milk

  5. 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup

  6. 1 (15 ounce) can mixed vegetables, drained

  7. salt and pepper to taste

  8. 1 Preheat oven to

  9. 350 F (175 C).

  10. 2. In a large bowl combine the ham/leftover meat, macaroni, cheese, milk, soup, vegetables, salt and pepper and mix well. Spread mixture into a lightly greased 9x13" baking dish.

  11. 3. Bake at 350 F (175 C) for 45 minutes, or until hot and bubbly.
