  1. 1 package refrigerator biscuit

  2. 20 slices pepperoni sausages

  3. 1 cup ricotta cheese

  4. 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

  5. 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese

  1. Preparation : Combine all cheeses in a small bowl, set aside. Take refrigerator biscuits out of package. Cut each biscuit in half to make 20 biscuits. Roll each biscuit into an oval shape 2 1/2 x 4 inches. Put pepperoni slice on each dough center. Add a spoonful of cheese mixture. Fold dough over to enclose filling. Pinch edges. Place on cookie sheet and bake in 350F oven for 20 minutes. Serve warm.
