  1. 500 g penne

  2. 50 g butter

  3. 200 g full-fat cream cheese

  4. 70 g gorgonzola cheese , chopped

  5. 70 g cheddar cheese , grated

  6. 125 ml full-fat milk

  7. 150 g spicy salami , sliced

  8. 3 tbsp flat leaf parsley

  9. black pepper

  10. 50 g grated parmesan

  1. Preheat the oven to 180C/gas 4. Cook the pasta in salted boiling water until al dente - the pasta should still have a bit of a bite to it. Drain and return to the saucepan.

  2. Stir in the butter, soft cheese, Gorgonzola and cheddar. Add the milk, and stir over a gentle heat until creamy.

  3. Stir in the salami and parsley, and season with salt and freshly ground black pepper.

  4. Spoon the pasta mixture into a large ovenproof dish, sprinkle over the Parmesan cheese and bake for 15 minutes, until the top is golden and crisp.
