  6. 2 ts Parsley; minced

  7. 1/2c Mushrooms; thinly sliced

  8. 1 ts Garlic; minced

  9. 2 tb Red wine vinegar

  10. 1 ts Basil leaves

  11. 1/2c Green olives; sliced

  12. 1 ts Capers

  13. 1 Green pepper; sliced

  14. 1/2 Carrot; diced small

  15. 1/2c Broccoli; diced

  16. 1/4c Olive oil

  17. 1 ts Leaf oregano

  18. 1 ts Tarragon leaves

  19. 1 ts ;Black pepper

  20. 4 lb Uncooked pasta spirals, - fresh or frozen

  21. 1/2c ;Vinegar and Oil Dressing - see recipe

  1. + Directions : Mix all ingredients except pasta. Let stand for 12 hours in refrigerator. Cook and chill pasta. Mix with vegetales and serve as salad or as a base for entree salads.
