  1. 5 Egg yokes

  2. 1 Egg

  3. 3 tablespoons 45ml Sugar

  4. 2 teaspoons 10ml Vinegar

  5. 1 teaspoon 5ml Vanilla

  6. 1 3/4 cups 109g / 3.8oz Flour

  7. Powdered sugar

  1. Use 1 1/3 c four to start. Add more for desired consistency. Mix ingredients together. roll out thin 1/8" thick. cut into long rectangles. Cut 2" slit in center. Pull on end of dough through slit cut. Fry in 350F shortening (Crisco). Roll in powdered sugar.
