  1. 1/2 cup vinegar

  2. 3/4 cup water

  3. 3/4 cup sugar

  4. 4 or 5 cucumber s peeled and sliced Approx.

  5. 8oz sour cream

  1. Soak cukes in salt water approx. I hour. I put in salt until the water tastes quite salty. Drain into towel and squeeze hard removing the water. Then in a bowl add the vinegar, water and sugar. Stir well to dissolve sugar. Let stand about an hour. Pour off liquid and add sour cream.
