    3. 1/2 c. olive oil

    4. 3 T. red wine vinegar

    5. 1/2 t. dry mustard

    6. salt and pepper

    7. anchovies

    8. Salad:

    9. 1 cucumber , cubed

    10. 1 head red leaf lettuce , washed and torn

    11. 1 head green leaf lettuce , washed and torn

    12. 4 small tomato es, cubed

    13. Greek olive s

    14. 1 avocado , cubed

    15. 1 T. caper s

    16. Feta , crumbled
