  1. 1 tablespoon 15ml Cracked black peppercorns - (to 2 tbspns)

  2. 2 Garlic cloves - minced

  3. 3 lbs 1362g / 48oz Beef round tip roast or brisket - trimmed of fat

  4. 3 tablespoons 45ml Balsamic vinegar

  5. 1/4 cup 59ml Reduced-sodium soy sauce

  6. 2 tablespoons 30ml Worcestershire sauce

  7. 2 teaspoons 10ml Dry mustard

  1. Recipe Instructions Rub cracked pepper and garlic into roast. Put roast in a slow cooker. Make several shallow slits in top of roast. In a small bowl, combine all remaining ingredients and pour over meat. Cover; cook on LOW setting 8 to 10 hours or HIGH 4 to 5 hours. This recipe yields 12 servings.
