  2. 1 bunch romaine, torn into bite-size pieces

  3. 2 medium oranges, peeled, sectioned and cut in half

  4. 2 kiwifruit, peeled, sliced and cut in half

  5. 1/2 medium red onion, sliced

  6. Poppy Seed Dressing (below)

  7. Toss all ingredients. Serve immediately.

  8. Makes 8 servings

  9. Poppy Seed Dressing:

  10. 1/2 cup regular or reduced-fat mayonnaise or salad dressing

  11. 1/3 cup sugar

  12. 1/4 cup milk

  13. 2 tablespoons white vinegar

  14. 1 tablespoon poppy seed

  15. Beat all ingredients with wire whisk.

  16. 1 Serving:

  17. 180 calories (110 calories from fat);

  18. 12 g fat (2 g saturated);

  19. 10 mg cholesterol;

  20. 85 mg sodium;

  21. 18 g carbohydrate (2 g dietary fiber);
