  1. Steam bean curd on medium heat for 10 minutes. Drain. Keep warm. Cut hard-boiled eggs into halves. Take out egg yolks and crush. Set aside. Dice egg whites. Add pork, shrimps and marinade to egg whites. Mix well. Saute egg whites, pork and shrimps in 2 tbsp oil until done. Stir in thickening, cook through and pour on steamed bean curd. Sprinkle with crushed egg yolks and green onion.
