  1. 24 chicken wing drummettes or wing pieces

  2. 1 C brown sugar

  3. 2 tbsp crushed ginger paste

  4. 2 tbsp crushed garlic paste

  5. 3 tbsp Vietnamese Chili sauce (the red chili paste - Sambal Oelek)

  6. 1/3 C soy sauce

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

  2. Arrange chicken wings in a large baking dish. Mix sauce ingredients well and pour over chicken wings. Bake at 350°F for 1 hour. Turn chicken wings every 15 minutes.
