  1. Fruit Sauce

  2. 1/2 cup blueberries

  3. 1/2 cup raspberries

  4. 1/2 cup strawberries

  5. 1/4 cup sugar

  6. 1/4 cup white wine

  7. 1/4 cup raspberry liqueur

  8. 2 large eggs

  9. 1 tablespoon vanilla

  10. 1 teaspoon almond extract

  11. 1 tablespoon cinnamon

  12. 1 tablespoon sugar

  13. 2 ounces heavy cream

  14. 4 slices baguette

  15. 4 tablespoons butter

  1. Cook the fruit, sugar, wine and liqueur for 15 minutes, then strain well. Add a little corn syrup for a thicker sauce.

  2. Mix together the eggs, vanilla, almond extract , cinnamon, sugar, and cream. Dip the bread in the mixture to coat thoroughly. Heat the butter in a pan over high heat, and cook the bread until golden brown on both sides. Serve with Fruit Sauce.
