  1. 2 cups 125g / 4.4oz Cut-up cooked chicken

  2. 1/4 cup 59ml Sour cream

  3. 1/4 cup 59ml Mayonnaise

  4. 1/4 cup 27g / 1oz Finely-chopped carrot

  5. 2 tablespoons 30ml Cilantro

  6. 2 tablespoons 30ml Capers - drained

  7. 2 tablespoons 30ml Finely-chopped red bell pepper

  8. 2 tablespoons 30ml Lemon juice

  9. 1/4 teaspoon 1 1/3ml Ground cumin

  10. 1/4 cup 15g / 1/2oz Finely-chopped onion

  11. 4 tablespoons 60ml Tabasco green pepper sauce

  12. Salt - to taste

  13. 1 Avocado - peeled, and Cut into wedges

  14. Lettuce leaves

  15. Paprika - to taste

  1. Toss all ingredients except avocado, lettuce and paprika. Serve on lettuce leaves with avocado wedges. Sprinkle with paprika. Add more Tabasco green pepper sauce for spicier fare, if desired.
