  2. 1/4 lb 113g / 4oz Ground pork

  3. 1 cup 146g / 5.1oz Fine dry bread crumbs

  4. 1/2 cup 73g / 2.6oz Grated parmesan cheese

  5. 1 section Parsley chopped or 1 tablespoon 15ml Parsley flakes

  6. 1 Garlic - minced

  7. 1/2 cup 118ml Milk

  8. 2 Well-beaten eggs Salt and pepper

  1. Recipe Instructions Combine meats, crumbs, cheese, parsley, garlic, milk, eggs, and seasonings; mix throughly. Form into small balls; brown in hot fat.
