  1. 1 cup cucumber vodka

  2. 1 cup tonic water

  3. 1/2 cup cucumber juice

  4. 1/4 cup fresh lime juice

  5. 1/4 cup simple syrup (equal amounts sugar and water heated until sugar dissolves; cool)

  6. Handful fresh mint leaves

  7. Ice cubes, for serving

  1. Divide the ingredients in half, add each half to a cocktail shaker and shake to combine. Pour over rocks glasses filled with ice and serve.
