  30. ** ** Beat the cheese until light. Add sugar and beat

  31. again. Add eggs, one at a time, beating after each.

  32. Add cream, cornstarch, vanilla and mix well. Stir in

  33. nuts .

  34. Pour into prepared pan. Drop sauce in spoonful at a

  35. time and swirl with a knife.

  36. 350-degrees for 1 hour or so with a pan of

  37. water at the bottom of the oven to keep the humidity

  38. high. Cake is done when edges are firm but middle is

  39. still somewhat soft. When possible let the cake cool

  40. in the oven with the door ajar but run a knife around

  41. the edge of the cake to loosen from pan BEFORE it

  42. cools or it will crack down the middle.

  43. Cool several ours or overnight. Top with more fudge

  44. sauce and peanuts. Enjoy. This one is rich so be
