  1. 1/4 cup dry red wine

  2. 1 tablespoon Dijon-style mustard

  3. 1 tablespoon honey

  4. 1 pound turkey breast cutlets, pounded to a 1/2-inch-thickness

  5. 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic

  6. Salt and pepper to taste

  1. In a small bowl, combine wine, mustard and honey; set aside. In a large nonstick skillet sprayed with cooking spray, over medium-high heat, cook turkey about 2 to 3 minutes per side or until no longer pink in center. Transfer turkey to platter and keep warm.

  2. In same skillet, over medium heat, cook garlic until fragrant, about 30 seconds. Add wine mixture and simmer, stirring constantly, about 2 to 3 minutes or until slightly thickened. To serve, drizzle sauce over turkey.
