  2. 1 medium potato

  3. 1 box confectioner's sugar peanut butter

  1. Boil potato until tender (don''t use salt in the water!), mash with fork or masher. (don''t use milk, cream or butter!) Gradually add confectioner''s sugar until good consistency (can''t be too dry or too watery!) Spread out on a jelly roll pan then spread with a thin layer of peanut butter. Roll jellyroll style. Wrap, Chill, then slice. Slicing is best if you use a piece of plain dental floss*. Wrap around candy log then crossover the ends and pull gently, drawing thru candy.
