  1. 1 head romaine lettuce, torn into bite-size pieces

  2. 3 bunches green onion s, sliced thin

  3. 3 bunches parsley , chopped fine

  4. 3 tomato es, quartered (I use Roma)

  5. 1 bunch celery , chopped fine

  6. 1 sweet red pepper , seeded and chopped

  7. 1 sweet green (I use yellow) pepper , seeded and chopped

  8. 1 pkg. (10 oz) fresh salad spinach

  1. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients. Measure out six-cup serving into plastic bags. Store in your fridge for an instant anti-aging treat at lunch.
