  3. 2 cups light steamed aspargus tips (can use frozen but thaw before using)

  4. 1 cup very sharp cheddar cheese

  5. 1 tablespoon Tabasco

Preheat oven to 400% Butter a medium oven proof casserole or pie dish In a large mixing bowl wisk whole egges and tabasco until eggs are light and fluffy Fold in aspargus and cheese and wisk for another 2-3 minutes Transfer to baking dish immediately and bake for 30-40 minutes until puffy and light golden brown Serve immediately
