  2. 1 tablespoon olive oil

  3. 1 tablespoon tamari

  4. 1 tablespoon garlic -- crushed

  5. 1 teaspoon rosemary -- minced salt and black pepper

  6. 1 teaspoon maple syrup

  7. 1 teaspoon sesame oil -- optional

  1. Preparation : Rinse mushrooms. Remove and discard stems. Toss mushrooms with remaining ingredients and marinate for 5 minutes. Grill caps over coals until lightly charred. Serve hot.
