  1. 2 c Macaroni, cooked

  2. 2 tb Margarine

  3. 2 c Skimmed milk

  4. 2 ts Parsley

  5. 1/2 ts Pepper

  6. 1/3 c Bread crumbs

  7. 1 Onion, chopped

  8. 1/4 c Flour

  9. 2 ts Dill weed

  10. 1/8 ts Garlic powder

  11. 2 c Low fat cottage cheese

  12. 1 pn Paprika

  1. Preheat oven 350F.

  2. Saute onions in margarine, add flour.

  3. Stir in milk, little at a time until thick.

  4. Add spices.

  5. Add cheese.

  6. Add macaroni.

  7. Pour into shallow pan.

  8. Top with crumbs and paprika.

  9. Bake 45 minutes.
