  1. 4 cups 948ml Firm ripe bananas - peeled (small) (1-1/4 pounds)

  2. 1 cup 237ml Water

  3. 1 tablespoon 15ml Instant coffee granules

  4. 1/3 cup 53g / 1.9oz Firmly packed brown sugar

  5. 3 tablespoons 45ml Reduced-calorie stick margarine

  6. 1/4 cup 59ml Kahlua or other coffee-flavored liqueur

  7. 1 1/3 cups 315ml Vanilla nonfat frozen yogurt

  1. Recipe Instructions Cut each banana in half crosswise, and cut each piece in half lengthwise. Set banana pieces aside. Bring water to a boil in a large nonstick skillet. Add the coffee granules, brown sugar, and margarine; reduce heat to medium, and cook until sugar dissolves, stirring frequently. Add banana pieces; cook 5 minutes, turning occasionally. Remove from heat, and stir in Kahlua. Yield: 4 servings (serving size: 4 banana pieces, 2-1/2 tablespoons sauce, and 1/3 cup frozen yogurt).
