  2. 1/2 pound rotelle macaroni*

  3. 1 cup wish-bone italian or olive oil classics -- (8 oz.)

  5. 1 cup sliced mushrooms

  6. 1 cup pitted ripe olives

  7. 1/2 cup roasted red pepper -- cut into strips

  8. lettuce leaves

  9. 3 medium tomatoes -- sliced

  10. 3 hard-cooked eggs -- sliced

  11. 1 cup cooked artichoke hearts -- halved

  12. 1/4 pound thinly sliced salami or pepperoni

  13. 1/4 pound provolone or mozzarella cheese -- cut into strips

  1. Preparation :

  2. Cook macaroni according to package directions; drain and rinse with cold water until completely cool. In large bowl, combine 2/3 cup bottled Italian dressing, mushrooms, olives and red pepper. Add macaroni and toss well. On large lettuce-lined platter, arrange macaroni mixture, tomatoes, eggs, artichokes, salami and cheese; chill. Just before serving, drizzle with remaining dressing. *Substitution: Use 1/2 pound ziti or medium shell macaroni.
