  1. 2 pounds Brussels Sprouts, washed, cleaned

  2. 6 anchovy filets, chopped fine

  3. 4 tablespoons butter Seasonings to taste

  1. Instructions Boil Brussels sprouts in salted water for about 20 minutes. Drain off water. Put butter and anchovies in a stew pan. When butter has melted, put in the Brussels sprouts and seasonings. Cook together for about 1 to 2 minutes. Mix well and serve.
