  1. 6 tbsp. butter

  2. 1 pint small carton of cottage cheese

  3. tsp. salt

  4. 2 cups flour

  5. 1/2 cup grated Romano Cheese

  6. 1/2 cup grated Parmesan Cheese

  1. Cream butter, cottage cheese and salt in a bowl. Add flour and mix until well blended. Divide dough into 4 flat balls. Refrigerate until cold enough to roll, approximately 1 hour. Preheat oven to 400°. Roll 1 ball on floured wax paper at a time to 9-10 inch rounds. Sprinkle each with 1½ tbsp. of each cheese. Cut into 8 wedges. Roll up toward a point. Place point side down and form crescents, sprinkle with cheese. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden. Cook on racks.
