  1. 1 cup Whole wheat flour -- -OR-

  2. 2 cups Unbleached white

  3. 2 tablespoons Brown sugar -- firmly

  4. Packed teaspoon Baking soda

  5. 1 tablespoon Baking powder

  6. teaspoon Ginger

  7. 4 tablespoons Butter -- cut into bits

  8. 1 large Egg -- beaten

  9. 2 tablespoons Molasses

  10. cup Lowfat yogurt

  11. cup Raisins

  1. PREHEAT OVEN TO 425F. Line a cookie sheet with parchment. Using a wooden spoon, mix the flour, sugar, baking soda and powder and ginger together.
