  2. Cabbage - 2cups (shredded)

  3. Carrots - 1cup (grated)

  4. Garlic Paste - 1tbsp

  5. Hot Sauce - 1tbsp

  6. Salt to taste.

  1. Take a heavy non-stick Pan. Heat and add oil. Put Cabbage and carrots with it. Add salt and sauce and toss it.Stir for 2 minutes. Put filling into the sheets and fold it. Put it into deep fry. Serve Hot.
