  1. 2 lemons

  2. 2 limes

  3. 1/3 cup granulated sugar (I use splenda)

  4. 1/8 teaspoon salt

  5. 1 ounce lemoncello liqueur

  6. 1 ounce vodka

  7. 1 (750 ml) bottle cava sparkling wine (or other sparkling dry white wine)

  8. 2 cups ice cubes

  1. Slice and seed lemons and limes crosswise.

  2. In a bowl combine lemons, limes, sugar and salt, let stand for 1 hour.

  3. Pour fruit into serving pitcher; add lemoncello, vodka, Cava wine and ice, stir to blend.

  4. (stand time - 1 hour).
