  1. 4 shots espresso (or 1 1/3 cups regular coffee)

  2. 1 cup heavy cream

  3. 1 cup chocolate liqueur Whipped cream, recipe follows Cocoa powder , for sprinkling

  4. 1/2 pint heavy cream, chilled

  5. 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

  6. 1 tablespoons powdered sugar

  1. Pour each shot of espresso into a mug. To each mug, add 1/4 cup of the heavy cream and 1/4 cup of the chocolate liqueur. Top each mug with a dollop of whipped cream and a sprinkling of cocoa powder.

  2. Using an electric mixer, whip the cream in a large bowl until soft peaks form. Add the vanilla and the sugar and continue to beat until it reaches the consistency of whipped cream
