  1. 14 White castle hamburgers

  2. 2 1/2 cups 156g / 5 1/2oz Vidalia - Maui or other sweet onion, chopped

  3. 1 3/4 cups 414ml Best foods mayonnaise

  4. 2 cups 292g / 10oz Shredded Swiss cheese

  5. 1/2 cup 118ml Bacon - cooked and crumbled Crushed crackers - for topping

  1. Recipe Instructions Remove meat from hamburgers and chop fine. Reserve buns and set aside. Combine chopped hamburger, onion, mayonnaise, cheese and bacon. Mix well. Bake in a casserole dish at 350F for 30 to 35 minutes. Let stand for 10 minutes. Place reserved bun halves on a baking sheet and toast under broiler. Serve dip on buns or crackers.
