  1. 3 cup(s) rice , cooked 45 medium shrimp , cooked no tails unshelled 2 clove(s) garlic , minced 2 tablespoon(s) parsley , dried 3 tablespoon(s) olive oil

  2. 1 dash(es) Emeril essence , to taste 1 dash(es) pepper , to taste

  1. Saute' garlic in a little bit of the olive oil in a deep skillet,add shrimp and heat through. Add rest of ingredients adding Emeril's Essence and pepper to taste. Serve warm.
