  2. 100 g. each, cashewnuts, walnuts, almonds and pistachios, coarsely ground

  3. 1 glass milk

  4. 300 g. sugar

  5. 400 g. khoya

  6. 50 g. black raisins

  7. 1 cup ghee or oil

  8. 2 cardamoms, ground

  1. Heat the ghee and fry the khoya stirring all the time till it turns a light brown.

  2. Keep aside.

  3. Boil the milk and add the sugar.

  4. Stir till the sugar dissolves.

  5. Remove from heat and mix well with the khoya.

  6. Add the dryfruits, raisins and cardamom pwd. and mix well.

  7. Spoon the mixture into a greased plate and smoothen with a flat spoon.

  8. Cut into diamond shaped pieces and garnish with almonds and pistachios.
