  2. POLYNESIAN YAM CASSEROLE

  7. 18 oz Yams drained and sliced

  8. 1 Banana, thickly sliced

  9. 8 3/4 oz Pineapple, crushed

  10. 1/4 ts Salt

  11. 1/4 c Flaked coconut

  12. Arrange yams and bananas in a 10 x 6 x 1 1/2 inch baking dish. Pour pineapple

  13. with syrup over all, making sure bananas are moistened. Sprinkle with salt.

  14. 350 degrees, uncovered, for 15 minutes. Sprinkle with coconut, bake

  15. 15 minutes longer.
