POLYNESIAN YAM CASSEROLE

18 oz Yams drained and sliced

1 Banana, thickly sliced

8 3/4 oz Pineapple, crushed

1/4 ts Salt

1/4 c Flaked coconut

Arrange yams and bananas in a 10 x 6 x 1 1/2 inch baking dish. Pour pineapple

with syrup over all, making sure bananas are moistened. Sprinkle with salt.

350 degrees, uncovered, for 15 minutes. Sprinkle with coconut, bake

15 minutes longer.
