  6. 12 c Bread cubes

  7. 8 oz Cream cheese

  8. -cubed

  9. 8 Egg

  10. 2 1/2 c Milk

  11. 6 tb Margarine

  12. 1/4 c Maple syrup

  13. Grease a 3 quart rectangular baking dish. Place half

  14. of the bread cubes in the dish. Top with cream cheese

  15. cubes and remaining bread cubes. Combine eggs, milk,

  16. melted margarine or butter, and maple syrup in a

  17. blender container or mixing bowl. Process or beat with

  18. a rotary beater until well combined. Pour egg mixture

  19. evenly over the bread and cheese cubes. Using a

  20. spatula, lightly press layers down to moisten. Cover

  21. 2 to 24 hours.

  22. Remove plastic wrap from baking dish. Bake, uncovered,

  23. 325 oven for 35 to 40 minutes or until center

  24. appears set and the edges are lightly golden. Let

  25. stand about 10 minutes before serving. Serve with
