  1. 2 can(s) Chicken Broth , no msg 3 medium Russett Potatoes , Peeled 2 medium Red Bell Peppers , seeded&cored 3/4 bunch(es) Celery

  2. 2 medium ButterNut Squash , peeled&cored

  3. 1 bunch(es) Green Onion , Chop into chives from bunch and set aside. Put rest of onion in pot

  4. 1 whole(s) Anise , Use the white part only.Be sure to core it

  5. 1/2 teaspoon(s) Cayenne pepper

  6. 1/4 stick(s) Real Butter

  7. 1/2 cup(s) Heavy Cream

  8. 2 can(s) Chicken Broth , no msg

  1. Chop all vegetables 1'. Put into pot with 2-14oz cans chicken broth, cook till tender. Puree cooked vegetables in food processor/blender. Put puree back in pot.Add butter, heavy cream, and chives to the puree and stir gently.ENJOY
