  1. 4 boneless chicken breasts

  2. 1/2 green-pepper

  3. 1/2 red-pepper

  4. 1/2 yellow-pepper

  5. 1/2 orange

  6. 1 tablespoon peanut-oil

  7. 1 tablespoon sesame-oil

  8. 1 garlic-clove

  9. Salt

  10. Black pepper

  11. 2 tablespoons sesame seeds

  12. 1 teaspoon soysauce

  1. Dice the chicken into cubes.

  2. Sautee and sear chicken in a pan /med high heat with oils.

  3. Brown and reduce heat/cover.

  4. Cook for 30-40 minutes on low heat to avoid rubbery chicken.

  5. Once tender add soysauce fry the veggies for 3-4 minutes with the sesame seeds.

  6. Serve with fried or white rice.
