  1. 1 lb Veal; sliced thin

  2. 1/2 ts Salt

  3. 1/4 ts Pepper

  4. 3 tb Vegetable oil

  5. 4 Apples; med. peel and slice

  6. 1/2 c Evaporated milk

  7. 8 oz Yogurt; small container

  1. Rub veal steaks with salt and pepper.

  2. Heat oil and cook veal slices about 2 minutes on each side.

  3. Place veal in an ovenproof casserole.

  4. Add cored, sliced apples.

  5. Blend evaporated milk and yogurt together.

  6. Spread over apples.

  7. Place in a preheated 325 degree F.

  8. oven; cook just until bubbly, about 20 to 30 minutes.
