  2. 1 cup 237ml Boiling water

  3. 1/2 cup 118ml Cold water

  4. 2 - - (3 1/2-ounce) instant, vanilla pudding/pie

  5. 2 cups 474ml Cold milk

  6. 2 - - (11-ounce) mandarin, oranges, drained

  7. 2 cups 474ml Prepared whipped topping Lime peel - for garnish

  1. Recipe Instructions In small bowl, dissolve gelatin in boiling water; stir in cold water. Chill until slightly thickened. Prepare pudding according to package directions using milk. Reserve 5 mandarin oranges for garnish. Fold remaining mandarin oranges, thickened gelatin, and 1 cup whipped topping into prepared pudding. Pour into 6-cup ring mold. Chill 4 hours or until set. To serve, unmold onto serving plate. Spoon remaining whipped topping in center of ring. Garnish with reserved mandarin oranges and lime peel. Cut into leaf shapes.
