  1. 1/2 lb Beef brisket, 

  2. 1' cubes

  3. 1 lb Lean pork, ground

  4. 1 ea Large onion, chopped finely

  5. 2 T Wesson oil

  6. 1 x Salt and pepper to taste

  7. 3 ea Cloves garlic, minced

  8. 2 T Diced green chilies

  9. 8 oz Tomato sauce

  10. 1 ea Beef bouillon cube

  11. 12 oz Budweiser beer

  12. 1/4 c Water

  13. 4 T Chili powder 

  14. 6 T if desi

  15. 1/2 T Ground cumin

  16. 1/8 t Dry mustard

  17. 1/8 t Brown sugar

  18. 1 pn Oregano

  1. In a large kettle or Dutch oven, brown the beef, pork and onions in hot Wesson oil. Add salt and pepper to taste. Add remaining ingredients. Stir well. Cover and simmer 3 to 4 hours, until meat is tender and chili is thick and bubbly. Stir occasionally. Serves 4 —–
