  1. 1 lb. broad noodles

  2. 1/3 cup olive oil

  3. 3 garlic cloves

  4. 1/4 cup lemon juice

  5. 1/4 lb. feta, crumbled

  6. 1/2 cup black olives

  7. 2 tsp. dried oregano

  1. Cook the noodles according to package directions. Meanwhile, warm the oil. Cook the garlic gently for about 5 minutes. Discard garlic. Drain the noodles and put into a bowl with the warm olive oil. Add the lemon juice, feta, olives and oregano. Toss well and serve.
