  1. 2 Eggs

  2. 1 tb Sugar

  3. 1/4 ts Ground Nutmeg

  4. 2 1/2 c Cooked Broad Noodles

  5. 1 tb Vegetable Oil

  6. 1 c Unsweetened Apple Juice

  7. 1/2 c Raisins, dark or golden

  8. 1/4 c Walnuts -or- Pecans, chopped

  9. 2-quart casserole dish or an 8-inch baking pan. Sprinkle on the nuts. Bake in a 350-degree oven for 40 to 50 minutes, or until browned. Serves
