  1. 1 lb 454g / 16oz Round steak - cut in thin strips

  2. 1 cup 237ml Sliced green pepper

  3. 1 cup 62g / 2 1/5oz Sliced onion

  4. 1/2 cup 55g / 1.9oz Coarsely chopped celery

  5. 1 cup 237ml Sliced mushrooms

  6. 2 tablespoons 30ml Butter or margarine

  7. 1 teaspoon 5ml Salt

  8. 2 tablespoons 30ml Soy sauce

  9. 1 tablespoon 15ml Corn starch

  10. 1 cup 237ml Water

  11. 1 1/2 teaspoons 7 1/2ml Baltimore spice old bay seasoning

  1. In skillet, brown round steak slightly in butter or margarine.

  2. Add vegetables, salt and Baltimore Spice Old Bay Seasoning. Stir fry about 5 minutes.

  3. Mix corn starch with water and soy sauce. Pour over vegetables.

  4. Stir until sauce is thick and slightly transparent.

  5. Serve over rice.
