  3. 3/4 cup sifted all-purpose flour

  4. 1 Tbs sugar

  5. 1/2 tsp salt

  1. Beat eggs till thick and lemon-colored. Stir in milk. Sift dry ingredients; add to egg mixture mixing till smooth. Or to speed things up I’d blend all the ingredients in a blender and pour directly onto the hot, lightly greased griddle.

  2. Or drop batter onto the griddle by the tablespoon to make a pancake the size of a CD spreading evenly to make thin cakes. Cook on both sides to a golden brown.
