  7. 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil

  8. 2 Medium Onion -- Finely Chopped

  9. 4 Cups Chinese Cabbage -- Coarsely Chopped

  10. Or Spinach, Kale, Mustard Or Combinatiion

  11. 1/2 Cup Fresh Dill -- Chopped

  12. 1 1/2 Cups Water

  13. 1 1/2 Cups Plain Yogurt

  14. Salt And Pepper -- To Taste

  15. 1/4 Cup Sunfower Seeds -- toasted

  16. Place olive oil in a large sauce pan over medium heat. Add onions and cook

  17. until softened, about 10 minutes.

  18. Add greens gradually, a handful at a time. Stir until limp and slightly

  19. 5 minutes. Stir in dill, then add

  20. 1 1/2 cups water and bring

  21. to a simmer. Turn off heat and let cool slightly.

  22. Place yogurt in a large bowl and stir smooth. While continuing to stir,

  23. slowly add the liquid from the pan.

  24. Return yogurt mixture to the plan and stir well. Cook over low heat just

  25. until warm. Do not boil or it will curdle. Add salt and pepper to taste.

  26. Ladle into warm bowls, sprinkle with sunflower seeds and serve at once. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -
