  2. 1 tablespoon 15ml Worcestershire sauce

  3. 3 Hot pepper sauce

  4. 1 cup 237ml Water

  5. 1/4 cup 59ml Vinegar

  6. 1 tablespoon 15ml Sugar

  7. 1 teaspoon 5ml Salt

  8. 1 teaspoon 5ml Celery seed

  9. 4 lbs 1816g / 64oz Pork spare ribs

  10. 1 Lemon - thinly sliced

  11. 1 Onion - thinly sliced (large)

  1. Recipe Instructions For sauce -- combine first 8 ingredients. Simmer gently 20-25 minutes, stirring. Salt ribs -- and put on grill medium low heat with lid closed. Cook 1 hour. Brush ribs with sauce and peg on lemon and onion with tooth picks continue cooking ribs without turning 30-40 minutes or until done -- brushing with sauce when needed
