  1. Pan Coating

  2. 3 tbs. sugar

  3. 1 tsp. cinnamon Cake

  4. 1 1/2 cups Veg. Oil

  5. 2 cups Sugar

  6. 3 Egg s

  7. 3 cups Chopped Apple s

  8. 2 tsp. Vanilla

  9. 2 tsp. Cinnamon

  10. 1/4 tsp. Nutmeg

  11. 3 cups Flour

  12. 1 tsp Baking Soda

  13. 1/2 tsp Salt

  14. You can add nuts, raisins or coconut

  1. Grease 10” tube pan and sprinkle with sugar coating mix

  2. Beat oil and sugar add eggs one at a time

  3. Stir in apples and vanilla

  4. Sift and add flour,spices, baking soad and salt

  5. Add to apple mixture

  6. Spoon in prepared pan

  7. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 ¼ to1 ½ hours
