  2. 1 cup Pineapple chunks

  3. 2 Tbsp canola oil

  4. toothpicks

  5. 1 jar Hoisin Sauce

  1. Preparation :

  2. Slice sausages into 1/2 inch pieces and saute in a large skillet with oil for approximately 2 minutes until slightly browned.

  3. Remove from heat and skewer one sausage piece and one pineapple chuck with a toothpick.

  4. Serve with Hoisin sauce
