  1. Giblets from goose

  2. 4 cups bread crumbs

  3. 2 med. onions

  4. 2 apples, diced

  5. 1/4 tsp. sage

  6. 1/4 tsp. garlic powder

  7. 2 tsp. salt

  8. 1/2 tsp. pepper

  9. 1 med. wild goose

  10. 2 tbsp. butter

  11. 20 minutes per pound of goose at

  12. 350 degrees. Baste often.

  13. 8-12 servings.
