  1. Shish Kabob

  2. 5 lbs 2270g / 80oz Venison - cut in large chunks

  3. 6 Onion - quartered

  4. 10 Jalapeno chile pepper - cut in half. Seeded

  5. 4 Green pepper - large sliced

  6. Marinade

  7. 1/2 cup 118ml Soy sauce

  8. 1/2 cup 118ml Cooking oil

  9. 1 tablespoon 15ml Sugar

  10. 1 teaspoon 5ml Ground ginger

  11. 1 teaspoon 5ml Dry mustard

  12. 1 tablespoon 15ml Garlic powder

  13. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Cayenne pepper - ground

  1. Marinate meat for at least 4 hours.

  2. Alternately place vegetables and meat on Ka-Bob skewers. Marinate in sauce above. Cook on open grill over hot coals turning often until done. Note: Make sure to have enough!

  3. I sometimes add slices of jalapenos for a extra kick...
